First we couldn't get it on and he told us to manually turn it on. Then the volume wouldn't go up and when we asked about that we were told that they "regulate " the volume. Say what?? “Very nice hotel in downtown Sioux Falls”

“Nice older hotel that has been renovated. Good location near downtown with good views. No complementary breakfast but a Starbucks is located in the hotel. Staff members were helpful. Parking is adequate and free.”
