“I found myself in a predicament of driving over 10 hours through the night and not being able to check in till 8 am… I called the evening beforehand and they just checked me in over the computer which was wonderful… It was told it wasn’t your policy but I am a travelling surgical tech and really just need a few hours of sleep… Would you guys allowed for me and a beautiful room wedding so much more high-end than what I was charged however did not take the pool slide because I slept till 1...

“The young lady at the front desk was so incredibly helpful! I love that the hotel is connected to the airport terminal so that I can walk through the door and go to the restaurants in the terminal or to check in for my flight when it’s time. Facility is extremely clean, and offers complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. Doesn’t get much better than that”
